Consent

You may only message people who agreed to hear from you on that channel, in line with WhatsApp, Meta, SMS, and email rules that apply to you.

Not allowed

• Purchased, scraped, or rented lists.
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive sender identity.
• Harassment, threats, or content that is illegal where you operate.
• Attempts to bypass platform rate limits or template review.
• Using our tools to attack or probe systems you do not own.

Enforcement

We can refuse or end service if this policy is broken. Channel providers can also suspend access independently.
